Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s court. If something’s taking too long or seems lost, email us at trurootrural@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down or make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Tags must be attached, and the product must be in original condition.

We do not accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged gear. If it looks like it’s been through a work week — it’s yours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method. Give it 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

We produce in small batches or made-to-order to cut waste and keep quality high. That means your gear might take a little longer, but it’s worth the wait.
